  • September, 2011 - Watch Rachelle perform in the hr-Sinfonieorchester on ARTE Web Live on September 30, 2011 at 2 PM EST (8 PM in Germany).
  • April, 2011 - Rachelle has won a permanent full time position in the Hessischer Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester (Frankfurt Radio Symphony), Music Director Paavo Järvi. She will begin in September. Click here to read more about this world-renowned orchestra.

  • January, 2011 - Rachelle has been selected to join the 2nd YouTube Symphony! She will fly to Sydney, Australia to present a concert with the group in March 2011.

  • November, 2010 - Rachelle has been accepted into the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now program. The organization with promote her for three years beginning in January 2011.
  • July, 2010 - Rachelle will perform Mendelssohn's D-minor Violin Concerto with the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival Chamber Orchestra on board the MS Deutschland.
  • June, 2010 - Rachelle has completed both parts of the Konzertexamen and received the highest honors unanimously from the Jury. She will be awarded the Konzertexamen Diplom with Auszeichnung, the highest degree from the German Hochschule System, this semester.
  • April, 2010 - Rachelle has won a concerto competition at her school and will be performing Fantasy in C, Op. 131 by Robert Schumann (trans. Kreisler) with the Neue Philharmonie Westfalen on June 8, 2010.
  • March, 2010 - Rachelle has won a position (Praktikum) in the first violin section of the WDR Rundfunkorchester (West German Radio Radio Orchestra) in Cologne. She will begin in September.
  • November, 2009 - Rachelle will present a lecture about Schumann's Fantasy in C Major for Violin and Orchestra, Op. 131 as well as perform Kreisler's version of the work
